Overheating Protection

Suitable Cookware

Isn't it amazing how much better boring veggies tast if you boil them in the water left over from cooking corned beef? I decided to do an experiment to see how well this liquid keeps - here, I'm reducing the liquid down into a reduction that's going to be chilled, fat separated and then frozen.
